To ensure clarity and protect both our customers and our business, we have outlined the following terms and conditions for our guarantee:

 Our guarantee covers the parts used in the repair and the glass units we replace. It does not cover any pre-existing issues or damage unrelated to our work.  

Our guarantee may be limited if it is determined that the window or door cannot be restored to its original functionality due to age, extensive wear or pre-existing damage. We will inform you of any such limitations before you proceed with the repair, ensuring transparency and clarity our services. 

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by external factors such as accidents, misuse, or natural disasters.

To make a claim under our guarantee, please contact our customer service team with details of the issue. We will arrange an inspection and, if the claim is valid, carry out the necessary repairs or replacements at no additional cost.

Payment for our services is required upon completion of the work via credit or debit card. For businesses, payment via bank transfer is required within 14 days. Failure to make timely payments will void the guarantee.
